CURRENT POSITION:
Sam is an assistant professor in Human Resource Management and Organizational Studies. He mainly deals with the design of human resource management systems and organizational innovation, especially in SMEs. Before joining IULM as RTD(b) researcher, he was a research fellow at the University of Trento, the University of Brescia, the University of Bergamo and the IESEG School of Management (France) and the CNRS (France). Furthermore, since 2014, he has worked in various universities in Germany (Berlin), Poland (Katowice) and France (Lille) as an adjunct professor. His academic work has been published in journals such as Human Resource Management, British Journal of Management, Employee Relations: The International Journal and International Small Business Journal.
